Company Profile

Mary Ellen Welch, Owner and Pastry Designer, has attended classes at The University of Akron in both restaurant management and business.  She belongs to the American Culinary Federation (ACF), The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), The Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce, and Northeast Ohio Bridal Association.  Mary also has a certification in Food Safety and Sanitation from the American Culinary Federation (ACF).
